Our Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

All contacts of sale made by Miscellany and the customer are to adhere to the following conditions of sale.

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance and to the availability of the stock. Miscellany is entitled to refuse any order placed by you (the customer)
  2. Please note that by placing and order with Miscellany you offer all the correct details and the credit / Debit card you us to make purchases is your own or companies and that you are authorised to use it. Miscellany reserves the right to obtain validation of you credit/debit card before goods are despatched.

PRICES

  1. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of the information being added.
  2. Miscellany reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by all major credit/Debit cards and will be debited from your account before any goods are despatched. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorise payment to Miscellany we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Miscellany makes every effort to supply the goods as shown but does stress that due to photo images they may be subject to minor variations in colour and actual dimensions. Although we have gone to every effort to ensure the best possible specifications of every product is given.

WARRANTIES & RETURN

Miscellany is extremely committed to providing all our customers with the best possible service and products. However on very rare occasions should you receive an item to be faulty the following returns policy applies;

All goods are supplied by Miscellany to the customer and should be notifies within seven days of receipt of any damage. Should the item be received faulty or damaged we will endeavour to send a replacement or full refund will be given once the item has been returned back to Miscellany for a full inspection. If the item is merely unwanted a credit voucher will be issued. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds for goods merely unwanted subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) regulations 2000.

All our terms and condition does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Please allow up to twenty one days for delivery of all personalised products. All personalised products supplied by Miscellany cannot be exchanged or amended once the order has been placed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

In accordance with the health and safety at work act 1974 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 Miscellany confirms that the goods supplied as a distributor does not present a hazard to health and Safety.

QUERIES

Any problems regarding any aspects of purchase / delivery of goods by Miscellany can be made in writing to Miscellany, 58 The Mall Ashley, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5DA.

POSTAGE COST AND DELIVERY

All delivery dates are an estimate only. Miscellany makes every effort to despatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the time stated. Miscellany does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless we are notified within seven days of receipt of delivery. Once the goods are despatched to the customers nominated address the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer. The goods remain the property of Miscellany until all payment is received. Miscellany will despatch all goods within fourteen days with the exception of all personalised products which will be despatched within twenty one days.
